About Me

Bruno Lindia is a University of Ottawa graduate and has been coaching football for over 25 years at all levels. He has enjoyed working primarily with amateur athletes and coaches. Bruno is the creator and co-founder of the Hall of Fame Coaching Program, which focuses on the accountability of coaching behavior in amateur sports. Having coached at the amateur and collegiate level including spending time in Europe, coaching is a true passion and a lifetime commitment for Bruno. His focus has always been on the mastery of the way the sport is played and how coaches need to communicate and behave to achieve success. Bruno is a Level 3 Football coach, the co-author of the International best seller "Ten Discussion for Effective Leadership", a professional Speaker and Team Leadership Coach. He is also the President of DMA Global Ltd., a successful Professional Recruiting firm based in Calgary, Alberta. Bruno brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience based around the art of coaching, as well as running a successful business. We at the Canadian Football Academy are pleased and proud that Bruno will be actively involved in the Academy as Director of Business Management, focusing on the long term goals and structure of the Academy.
