About Me

I graduated with a degree in Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia. While in college I was a proud academic all-Canadian playing for the Douglas College Royals (NWAACC) and the UBC Thunderbirds (NAIA). After finishing my playing career, I started my current business (Diamondawgs) in order to run youth summer baseball camps in my home town of Red Deer, Alberta. I continued to run those camps (10 years in total) while simultaneously coaching Junior PBL teams in the lower mainland. After moving to Calgary in 2007 I began to build my baseball education company, Diamondawgs Baseball, and have done work with Baseball Calgary (2005-2009) and Babe Ruth Calgary (2009-present) to develop their baseball operations. My international playing experience includes a series in Japan and a year in Australia. I have also coached in Venezuela in 2010 and led the Canadian representative at a tournament in the Dominican Republic in 2015.
